Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Soup

This recipe looks delicious and would also be easy to throw together in the morning. You will need about 30 minutes to allow the pasta to cook right before you serve it. The main ingredients you will need to have on hand are chicken, grated parmesan, crushed tomatoes, penne pasta.

You can leave it out if you like and it won't affect the recipe.
